戊巴比妥钠用于雄性裸鼠皮下-肝原位移植人肝细胞癌模型麻醉的方法

An anesthesia method in establishing human hepatoma model from substance to orthotropic transplantation on male nude mice by pentobarbital sodium

目的:研究戊巴比妥钠在裸鼠皮下-肝间接原位移植人肝细胞肝癌模型建立中的合适剂量。方法:共30例接种肝癌细胞株的皮下瘤雄性裸鼠取瘤后,对共150只雄性裸鼠行皮下-肝包膜下瘤体原位移植,观察供受体麻醉过程、药物剂量和效果。结果:供体手术戊巴比妥钠麻醉的剂量以80 mg/kg合适,受体手术戊巴比妥钠麻醉剂量以70 mg/kg合适。结论:在裸鼠皮下-肝脏原位肝癌模型建立的手术中,戊巴比妥钠是一种理想的麻醉药品。

Objective： To study proper dosage of pentobarbital sodium in establishing human hepatoma model from substance to orthotropic transplantation with hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines in nude mice.Methods： 150 male nude mice models from substance to orthotropic transplantation was established by with 30 male nude mice sub-skin transplanted models with hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines.The transplantation was performed by using pentobarbital sodium,and the dosage effect relationship was observed in the anesthesia procedure.Results： Pentobarbital sodium dosage of donor was 80 mg/kg of choice and that of recipient was 70 mg/kg.Conclusion： Pentobarbital sodium is a perfect anesthetic used in establishing human hepatoma model from substance to orthotropic transplantation.
