In recent years, Ketamine has been applied in clinical anesthesia, pain-case, anti-inflammation and so on, it has played a great role in medical care system. But the side effects of Ketamine in clinical application and abusement in en- tertainment places such as schizophrenia, hallucinogenic and reduction of perception, learning and memory function are be- coming a growing concern of the public, this paper reviews Ketamine pharmacological and toxicological effects.
