哮喘患儿血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白和血浆血小板活化因子水平变化及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察哮喘患儿血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)和血浆血小板活化因子(PAF)水平变化及其与哮喘发作期病情分度的关系,探讨其在哮喘发病机制中的作用和临床意义。方法选取84例急性发作期哮喘患儿(哮喘组),其中轻度组30例,中度组30例,重度组24例,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法和双抗体夹心ABC.ELISA法分别检测血清ECP和血浆PAF的变化,并与同期28例健康体检儿童(对照组)比较。结果哮喘组血清ECP为(9.71±5.66)μg/L,血浆PAF为(110.99±66.44)μg/L,与对照组的(3.12±1.42)、(4.34±2.20)μg/L比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。轻、中、重度组血清ECP和血浆PAF逐渐增高,各组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。哮喘组血清ECP和血浆PAF呈显著正相关(r=0.472,P〈0.01)。结论血清ECP和血浆PAF参与了儿童哮喘的发病过程,可作为儿童哮喘急性期指标之一,反映病情变化及预后。
