摘要 目的:评价ORTHO Auto Vue Innova全自动血型仪在血型检测工作中的准确性和可靠性。方法:统计分析2010年7-8月572例患者ABO血型及Rh(D)血型采用ORTHO Auto Vue Innova全自动血型仪与传统试管法进行对照试验结果的相符率,以及2010-09-2011-04应用ORTHO Auto Vue Innova全自动血型仪检测10314例患者ABO血型及Rh(D)血型后所得结果的正确率、错误率,并分析判读失败原因。结果:对照试验中572份血型样本剔除仪器不能判读结果10例,其余562例结果与试管法符合率100%;10314例患者ABO血型结果的正确率为98.8%,判读失败率为1.2%,错误率为0,Rh(D)血型结果的正确率为100%。结论:ORTHO Auto Vue Innova全自动血型仪检测结果可靠,实验操作规范化、标准化,降低了人为错误的发生率;实验结果可永久保存,便于查询和医疗举证。 Objective.. To evaluate the accuracy and reliability of ORTHO AutoVue Innova fully automated blood grouping analyzer in blood grouping. Method: 572 patients' ABO and RhD blood groups were examined by conventional tube test and the fully automated blood grouping analyzer from July to August 2010, and the two methods' results were compared to calculate their concordance rate. 10314 pations' ABO and RhD blood groups were tested by the fully automated blood grouping analyzer from September 2010 to April 2011 ,and the analyzer' s errors were recorded and analyzed. Resu|l: In the control trial,there were 10 samples' cards could not be interpreted by the analyzer. The analyzer's results were the same as the tube method in the other 562 samples. The analy- zer's accuracy rate was 98.8% ,and its failure rate was 1.2% ,while its error rate was 0 in ABO blood grouping. Its accuracy rate was 100% in RhD blood grouping. Concluslon:The analyzer was reliable in blood grouping, because its standard and automated operation process might eliminate artificial errors. Its results can be stored per- manently, so it may be easy to make inquiry and medical evidence.
