Uncertainty evaluation of results from the TECAN automatic sampler

目的:通过对TECAN加样器检定结果不确定度的评定,初步探讨血站实验室对测量不确定度的评定方法。方法:依据中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)《测量不确定度要求的实施指南》及JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》等其他不确定度指南文件,采用A、B类评定方法对加样器加样量10μl测量不确定度进行评定。结果:加样器加样量10μl时扩展不确定度为U=(10±0.16)μl(K取2,置信区间95%)。结论:本实验所使用的方法可以对TECAN检定结果测量不确定度进行评定。

Objective：To preliminarily study the uncertainty evaluation method for blood center lab through the results from the TECAN automatic sampler. Method： All methods were used under the guidance of the China National Accreditation Service for conformity assessment document （（Guidance on the application of the requirements for measurement uncertainty））,]JF1059-1999（（Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement）） and other re- lated regulation for uncertainty measurement. Type A and B assessment method were applied to measure the un- certainty during 10μl sample addition using the sampler. Result： The expended uncertainty of the sampler for 10μl sample addition was U = （ 10 ± 0. 1610） μl（K = 2, and the confidence interval was 95 %）. Conclusion： The method used here could be applied to evaluate the uncertainty of the results from the TECAN sampler.
