曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射治疗黄斑水肿122眼临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射治疗黄斑水肿的疗效。方法玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗黄斑水肿患者108例(122眼),术后3个月复查FFA观察黄斑水肿的变化。结果术后2周时所有患者视力指数至0.8。视力提高3行以上者95眼(77.87%),提高3行以内者20眼(16.39%),不变者7眼(5.74%)。术后3个月时患者视力指数至1.0。视力提高3行以上者107眼(87.7%),提高3行以内者8眼(6.56%),不变者7眼(5.74%)。注射前视力<0.1患者68眼(55.74%),术后22眼(18.03%),治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射前视力0.15~0.3者48眼(39.34%),术后65眼(53.28%),治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。注射前视力>0.4者6眼(4.92%),术后35眼(28.69%),治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德玻璃体腔内注射可以促使黄斑水肿消退或减轻,提高患者的视功能,为治疗眼内黄斑水肿性疾病提供了一条简单有效的途径。
