局部5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法对重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2009年3月~2011年2月重度痤疮患者64例,随机单盲分为治疗组和对照组。对照组30例,单用红光照射治疗,每10天治疗一次,共治疗4次。治疗组34例,给予5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法进行治疗,每10天治疗一次,共治疗4次。在第一次治疗后的第10、20、40天对两组患者的疗效进行比较,并记录治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果经4次治疗后,对照组的总有效率为43.3%,治疗组的总有效率为97.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法对痤疮的治疗效果明显优于单纯红光照射治疗,且不良反应小,5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法宜在痤疮中推广运用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 5 - aminolevulinic acid Photodynamic therapy in the treatment of acne. Methods Selected 64 severe acne patients from March 2009 to February 2011 were randomly single - blind divided into control group and treatment group. 30 patients in the control group were treated with pure red light irradiation once every 10 days ,4 times totally. The other 34 patients in the treatment group were treated with 5 - aminolevulinic Photodynamic therapy the same way as the patients in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were recorded and compared in 10,20 ,40 days after the first treatment and recorded adverse reac- tions. Results After four times treatments,the clinical effectiveness of the control group was 43, 3 %, clinical effeotiveness of the treatment group was 97. 1% ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion 5 - aminolevulinic acid is much better than pure red light irradiation in the treatment of severe acne, with less adverse reactions. 5 - aminolevulinic acid Photodynamic therapy should be actively applied to the treatment of severe acne.
