摘要
目的比较米索前列醇粉剂和片剂用于无痛人工流产的临床效果。方法选择需行无痛人工流产术的未产妇女200例,按随机原则分为A组和B组各100例,A组手术前1h阴道放置米索前列醇粉剂400μg,B组术前1h阴道放置米索前列醇片剂400μg,比较两组患者术中宫颈扩张程度、手术时间、术中出血量和不良反应。结果 A组在术中宫颈扩张程度、手术时间和术中出血量方面均明显优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在无痛人工流产术中,米索前列醇粉剂短时间内能更好地扩张宫颈,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of misoprostol powder and tablets in painless artificial abortion. Methods 200 nullipara who require to do painless artificial abortion were randomly divided into group A and group B, 100 cases in each. One hour be- fore surgery, Group A was gave 400 trg misoprostol powder by vaginal and Group B was gave 400 ~g misoprostol tablets by vaginal. The intr- aoperative cervical dilatation, operative time, blood loss and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results Group A is better than group B in intraoperative cervical dilatation, operative time and the amount of bleeding, and there were significant differences statistically （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. However, there is no significant differences statistically in adverse reactions （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Misoprostol powder can be better to expand the cervix, shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding within a short time in painless artificial abortion.
