摘要
采用液晶模板法制备Co3O4纳米薄膜,用循环伏安法和恒流充放电测试方法,表征分析其微观结构和电化学性能。结果表明:Co3O4薄膜是多晶体,呈分级多孔结构,该结构有利于电子和离子的扩散,可显著改善超级电容器的比电容,增强电容保持能力,是一种优良的超级电容器电极材料。
Hierarchically porous Co3O4 film is prepared through lyotropie liquid crystaulne templates. The samples are characterized by XRD, TEM, FESEM and analyzed via cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge. The results indicate that the film presents a hierarchically porous structure consisting of interconnected CoaO4 nanoflakes, which can provide a fast electrochemical accessibility of the elec trolyte and ions to the active materials. This hierarchically porous film structure is favorable for the diffusion of electrons and ions, which remarkably improves the specific capacitance, enhances cycling stability. Therefore, hierarchically porous CoaO4 film is a good electrode material for supercapacitor.
