维持性透析并发低血压的护理 被引量:1

摘要 透析患者在透析过程中最常见的是低血压,其发病率高达50~70%[1],尤其容易发生在老年、糖尿病、自主神经,均可造成透析血流量不足,以致超滤困难,透析不充分,还可诱发心律失常,心绞痛,肾脏血流量减少及残余肾功能进一步下降。因此,如何预防和及时处理血透患者并发低血压是提高透析质量,延长患者寿命的的主要环节。现将我院近几年对透析患者并发低血压的预防、观察护理体会介绍如下。
