摘要 文章从布袋除尘清灰原理、除尘自动化系统组成等方面介绍了自动控制技术在高炉煤气净化系统中的应用,并着重论述了基础自动化控制系统。随着科技的进步和电气自动化技术的更新,高炉煤气干式除尘技术取得了长足的发展,用微机实现对除尘器温度、压力、压差、清灰、输灰等参数及程序进行控制,具有工作可靠和操作管理方便等优点.为高炉煤气干法袋式除尘控制技术开辟了新的途径。 The blast furnace gas cleaning system adopts the automatic control technology showing the advantages in the de-ashing principles of bag dust collector and in the composition of the automatic control system, especially the basis automation control system. With the technical progress and the upgrading of electric-automation control technology, the BFG dry bag type dust collecting technology has taken quite great development. The technical parameters such as temperature, pressure, differential pressure and the operation sequences such as de-ashing and ash conveying can be controlled by the microcomputer. The system has the advantages of operation reliability and easy management. It opens a new way for the control technology of BFG dry bag type dust collector.
