摘要
转炉倾动二次减速机大齿轮发生折齿事故后，通过辩证细致分析所有可能造成事故的因素，找出导致事故的主要原因，为冶金企业同类型设备事故的预防和处理提供了参考。
The teeth of the main tilting gear for a converter were broken. Through the dialectical analysis of this fault, the major causes have been found out. The prevention and treatment method of such faults is introduced herein for reference in the metallurgical plants.
