摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺为原料,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠复合物为引发体系,Na4EDTA为络合剂,采取一次性加料方法,分步升温引发聚合工艺,以特征黏度为考核指标,对几种不同阳离子度二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与丙烯酰胺的共聚物PDA进行了制备工艺优化研究。得到在几种阳离子度条件下,最佳制备工艺条件的单体质量分数、引发剂用量、聚合反应温度和Na4EDTA用量等参数及其随阳离子度变化的规律。结果表明,对于5%、10%、20%、30%、40%和50%阳离子度的PDA产物,最佳工艺条件下产物的特征黏度为19.4、17.1、12.2、9.5、7.7和6.3 dL.g.1。同时对PDA产物的结构进行了红外和核磁共振表征与分析。研究结果不仅为合成不同阳离子度PDA的聚合反应机理研究和PDA产物的结构与性能研究打下基础,而且对工业应用有指导意义。
Using dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and acrylamide as the monomers,ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate redox complex as the initiator and Na4EDTA as chelator,the preparation technologies of copolymer PDA with serial cationicities via a method of adding the monomers in a lump and increasing temperature stepwise were investigated by using the intrinsic viscosity as qualitative criterion.The effects of monomer mass percentage,initiator dosage,reaction temperature and Na4EDTA dosage on the optimum technological conditions of preparing PDA with serial cationicities and the variations of above factors with the cationicity were obtained.The results show that,under the optimum technological conditions,the intrinsic viscosities of obtained PDA with cationicities of 5%,10%,20%,30%,40% and 50% are 19.4,17.1,12.2,9.5,7.7 and 6.3 dL·g·^-1,respectively.The structures of obtained PDA with different cationicities were characterized by FI-IR and NMR and were discussed.The present work not only lays a foundation for the further study of both the polymerization mechanism of synthesizing PDA and the relationship between PDA structures and their properties,but also is of importance for the industrial application of this preparation technology.
