便携式炭素电阻率智能测试仪的设计

摘要 为了能在现场迅速而准确地测试石墨炭素电阻率,设计了一款便携式石墨炭素电阻率智能测试仪。该测试仪以LPC2138嵌入式微处理器为核心,采用改进型Rymaszewski电测法,大大提高了测试仪的数据处理能力和测量精度。该测试仪操作简便而高效,既可独立工作,又可通过RS232接口与上位机进行通信,具有较高的实用价值和发展前景。 In order to rapidly and accurately test the resistivity of graphite carbon in the field, the authors designed an intelligent portable tester of resistivity in carbon graphite. Taking embedded LPC2138 microprocessor as its core, the tester adopts a large current pulse through improved Rymaszewski electrical measuring method, thus greatly improving the tester data processing and measurement accuracy. The tester has a friendly man-machine interface, which is easy to operate and efficient. It can work independently and meanwhile can communicate with the host computer through the RS -232 interface to complete the data collection and storage. The tester has a high utility value and development prospects.
