摘要
通过建立多自由度集中参数模型分析中高频域动力总成-车身系统振动传递特性,导出悬置传递力、连接点速度与各部件结构导纳的关系,对振动单元参数进行修改分析得出影响系统传递特性的主要因素,最后提出进行动力总成振动传递系统动力学设计的有效方法。
A simplified multiple DOFs lumped-parameter elements model is established to study the dynamic properties of vibration path in powertrain-vehicle' s system in high frequency range. The relationships among isolator, interface velocity and each component' s mobility are derived. The main parameters influencing the dynamic properties of the vibration paths are determined by component' s parameter study. Finally, effective methods are proposed to perform dynamic design of the powertrain-body vibration transfer system.
