摘要
利用声级计判定噪声是否符合出厂噪音标准,是目前国内大部分齿轮厂所采用的方法,然而部分通过噪声检测的产品仍被整车厂反馈噪声"太大",这就说明现有的噪声评价指标存在缺项。以广东某齿轮厂生产的汽车后桥齿轮为噪声源,采集其稳态运行情况下的噪声作为研究对象,选用等级评分法以及Artemis专业声品质软件进行噪声的主客观评价和相关性分析,得出声压级和响度是评价微型汽车后桥齿轮噪声的主要评价指标,并建立齿轮噪声声品质评价模型,然后通过编写软件,实现计权声压级和响度值的客观计算与分析。
Currently, most gear plants use noise sound-level-meter to determine whether their gear products satisfy the noise standard or not. However, some automotive companies complain that some qualified products of gears are still very noisy. It implies that the parameters for noise evaluation may be unreasonable. In this paper, a car' s rear axle gear produced by a gear plant in Guangdong province is taken as the noise source, and the noise of the gear in steady-state operation is collected for study. The grade evaluation method and. the professional sot^ware Artemis for sound quality evaluation are employed for subjective and objective evaluation of the noise. It is suggested that the sound pressure level and loudness should be the main indexes for noise evaluation of the rear axle gear of mini-cars. The model for sound quality evaluation of gear' s noise is established. Finally, by making software, the objective calculation and analysis of the weighted sound pressure level and loudness are realized.
