摘要
针对某电厂热力供电网KQSN450-M6/789(T)型开式循环泵轴瓦温度高故障频发的现状,通过对该型号循环泵轴瓦的解体测量,找出了造成轴瓦温度高的主要原因,并制定了油环、油位器优化的改进措施,实践证明对该型号循环泵的改进是可行的,提高了设备的运行可靠性。
Problems frequently occur due to high temperature of KQSN450-M6/789(T)type circulating pump bearing bush in a thermal power plant. Through disassembled measurement of the circulating pump bearing, the main reason causing the high temperature is identified, and improvements are done on the optimization of oil ring and oil-level indicator. Practice has proved that the improvement of the circulation pump model is feasible, which ensures the operating reliability of equipment.
