门式叶轮给煤机拨煤机构的改进

The Improvement of the Coal Dialing Machine of Portal Impeller Coal Feeder

针对山西漳泽电力股份有限公司漳泽发电分公司4台门式叶轮给煤机在日常维护工作中出现的问题,从轴承在运行过程中频繁磨损方面进行了详细分析,并就采取改善润滑方式及轴承密封等治理措施后,取得了轴承使用寿命得以延长等明显的成效进行了论述。

In view of the problems occurred during daily maintenance of four portal impeller coal feeders of Zhangze Power Generation Company, analysis is done mainly in terms of frequent erosion of bearings. It is illustrated that after the improvement of lubricating mode and bearings＇ sealing conditions, the lifespan of the bearings could be extended.
