摘要
家族化管理模式适应家族企业早期发展需要,成为家族企业竞争优势的主要来源。但家族化管理模式也存在着人才流失严重、决策机制落后、人治色彩过多、利益协调机制缺乏和代际传承危机等发展困境,阻碍了家族企业有效整合吸收管理资源,成为家族企业发展的瓶颈。为实现持续成长,我国家族企业必须优化治理模式,建立现代人力资源管理制度;改革决策机制,推动民主、科学决策;推动关系治理向契约治理转变,建立现代管理模式;健全家族企业利益协调机制,处理家族内部矛盾;完善代际传承方式,推进家族企业基业常青。
Family-based management model adapts to the needs of early development of family enterprise,and it has become their main source of competitive advantage.But there are also many problems of family-based management mode,such as serious brain drain,decision-making mechanism behind,excessive personal nature,lack of interest coordination mechanism and intergenerational inheritance crisis,which have hindered the effectively integrate absorption of management resources in family enterprise and become the bottleneck of family enterprise development.To achieve sustainable development,China's family enterprise must optimize the governance model,establish a modern human resources management system and modern management model,reform decision mechanism,promote democracy,scientific decision-making,transfer relationship management to contract management,perfect the interests coordination mechanism of family business,handle conflicts within the family and improve the intergenerational inheritance way to promote the family enterprise inheritance evergreen.
