摘要 当前国内外都大力倡导局部净化为主、全面通风为辅的通风系统原则。但局部净化的主要设备——移动式焊烟净化机靠手工移动吸尘罩来进行吸尘,已经不能满足大工件、长焊缝的净化要求,而且净化机存在吸尘空间小、吸尘效率不高的问题。通过有限元法分析出吸尘罩吸尘效率的分布情况,并研发了焊接烟尘自动跟踪臂。在焊接烟尘自动跟踪臂工作过程中,它会带着吸尘罩紧跟焊接点,始终在吸尘效率的最佳区域工作。既提高了净化机的吸尘效率,净化了工作环境,又提高了焊接劳动生产率。 It reached a consensus that welding fume is environmental hazard.So all the world attaches great importance to the purification of weld fumes.The principle of ventilation systems that mainly conducted in partial purification and supplemented with full ventilation are advocated vigorously in the world.The main equipment of partial purification-welding fume purifier sucks fumes by moveable dust shield manually,that are inefficient for long welding seam or large workpieces.At the same time,it faced with many other problems, such as little working space,low effficiency.Through the finite element analysis method,to analyze on the cleaning efficiency distribution of dust shield,this study developed robotic arm that could intelligently track the welding sparks and always work in the best area of dust-removing efficiency called welding smoke tracking robot.h help to improve the efficiency for dust cleaning of movable welding fume purifier and labour productivity.
