国外焊轨基地经过长时间发展,体现出自动化程度高、人员少、产量高和质量好等特点。国内随着铁道部规划的十一个百米焊轨基地在2008年后陆续投入使用,经过三年多的发展,逐步探索形成了一套适应新形势下的焊轨管理机制。对现代化焊轨基地的生产管理提出见解,特别是在组织机构优化、人员培养和生产进度控制等方面提出具体的实施措施,是对我国现代焊轨基地生产管理的有益探索。

In other countries ,welding manufacturers have characteristics of high automaticity ,a small number of staff and workers ,low- output,high quality with a long time devolopment.In our country, ＂eleven welding manufacturers＂ had been putted into production since 2008, we have formed management method conforming new condition.Put forwards execute solution about organization ,staff and workers and field control of welding manufacturing management in this paper,which is a well exploration in modern welding manufacturing management in our country.
