某汽车制造企业职业病危害控制效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of occupational hazards control measures in a vehicle manufacture enterprise

目的为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》,从源头控制和消除职业病危害、保护劳动者健康,对某汽车制造企业进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、检测检验法、风险评估法相结合,进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、汽油、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、苯乙烯、氢氧化钠、甲醛、磷酸、乙苯、硫酸、电焊烟尘、玻璃钢粉尘、木尘、矽尘、其他粉尘、噪声,其中,粉尘和噪声超标情况较为严重。该建设项目的总平面布局、卫生辅助用室设置、职业病防护措施实施、职业健康监护、职业卫生管理等情况基本符合国家有关规定。结论粉尘和噪声是该建设项目职业病危害关键控制点。

Objective In order to implement the Chinese Law on Occupational Diseases Prevention and Control and ensure workers health, the effeetives of occupational hazards control measures in a vehicle manufacture enterprise was evaluated. Methods The qualitative and quantitative methods, including field audit, the working environmental monitoring, the checklist analysis were used to evaluate the effectiveness of control measures. Results The major occupational hazards in the factory were benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, ethy acetate, gasoline, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone, styrene, sodium hydroxide, formaldehyde, phosphoric acid, ethyl benzene, sulphuric acid, Welding soot, FRP dust,wood dust, silicon dust and noise. Among them,the environmental levels of the wood dust and noise were high, though the overall layout and setting of auxiliary health room, the management system of occupational disease prevention and surveillance accorded with the requirements of laws. Conclusion The more attention should be paid to the dust and noise in this construction project
