论妇女干部的历史作用——以抗战时期“妇指会”干训班为例

On Women Cadre's Historical Influence——Taking Cadre Training Class of Women Committee in Anti-Japanese Period for Example

妇女干部历来是党和政府的纽带和桥梁。在人力资源紧缺的抗日战争期间,"妇指会"通过举办妇女干部训练班的形式不仅招收、培养了大量高层次妇女干部,而且使她们深入基层做动员工作。众多农村妇女因她们的思想引导和扎实的工作作风而觉醒,随后参与抗日,并为抗日战争的胜利做出了巨大贡献。其成长及工作方法仍可为当前妇女干部和开展妇女工作提供借鉴。

Women cadre is the link and bridge of the Party and government.During Anti-Japanese War,Women Committee recruited and cultivated a large number of high level women cadres in form of holding women cadre training class,and enabled them to do mobilization at grassroots level.Because of their ideological guide and stable work,lots of rural women awaked and contributed a lot to Anti-Japanese War.Women cadres＇ growth and operating methods offer certain reference to contemporary women cadre and their work.
