摘要
目的 研究依达拉奉对窒息致心脏骤停大鼠心肺复苏后心肌组织丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的影响.方法 雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分成空白组、对照组、依达拉奉组,每组10只.空白组仅进行麻醉、气管插管和动静脉置管,其余2组制作心肺复苏模型后分别给予生理盐水1 ml、依达拉奉15 ml/kg.复苏后3 h检测各组大鼠心肌MDA含量、SOD活性.结果 与空白组比较,对照组和依达拉奉组心肌组织MDA含量增加(P〈0.05),依达拉奉组低于对照组(P〈0.05);对照组和依达拉奉组SOD活性均较空白组降低(P〈0.05),依达拉奉组高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论 依达拉奉可以减少心肺复苏后大鼠心肌MDA含量,增加SOD活性,减少心肌氧化应激损害.
Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone on MDA content and SOD activity in myocardium of rats after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into sham control group, resuscitation control group and treatment with edaravone group, with 10 rats in each group. The rats of sham control group were operated with anesthesia, tracheotomy intubation and vascular puncture. The other two groups were constructed the models of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and given normal saline 1 ml, edaravone 15 ml/kg respectively after restoration of spontaneous circulation. 3 hours after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, myocardial MDA content and SOD activity were tested. Results Compared with the sham control group, myocardial MDA content was significantly increased, and myocardial SOD activity was significantly decreased in resuscitation control group. In treatment with edaravone group, myocardial MDA content was lower than those in resuscitation control group, myocardial SOD activity was higher than that in resuscitation control group. Conclusion Edaravone can reduce MDA content, increase SOD activity in myoeardium of rats after cardiopulmonary resuscitation ,alleviate the myocardial injury.
