摘要
目的 运用Sysmex XE-2100D血液分析仪WBC/BASO散点图,探索快速筛选疟原虫的方法.方法 研究7例疟疾患者的血常规中白细胞四分类(4DIFF)散点图和嗜碱性粒细胞计数通道的WBC/BASO散点图和显微镜检查结果.结果 7例疟疾患者中,有4例既有4DIFF散点图异常又有WBC/BASO散点图异常,在WBC/BASO散点图中出现特异性区域,与疟原虫滋养体或裂殖体高度相关,而且嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的分类与显微镜结果不符.结论 根据Sysmex XE-2100D血液分析仪WBC/BASO散点图,结合4DIFF散点图可快速筛选疟原虫,简便有效.
Objective To explore rapid screening method for malaria parasites by WBC/BASO scattergram of XE - 2100D hematology analyzer. Methods Study on results of 7 cases with malaria by blood routine test and microscopy and analysis of WBC 4 categories (4DIFF) scatter and basophils counting channel WBC/BASO scatter of these samples. Resuits In 7 cases of malaria patients, 4 patients had abnormalities of both 4DIFF scatter and WBC/BASO scatter, abnormalities in WBC/BASO scatter appeared specific area with the parasite trophozoites or schizonts highly relevant and neutrophils and eosinophils classification and microscopy results did not match. Conclusion Using WBC/BASO scattergram of Sysmex XE -2100D hematology analyzer, combined with 4DIFF scattergram can quickly screen malaria parasites easily and effectively.
