摘要
介绍了2×220 t/h锅炉烟气脱硫工程的设计及运行,阐述了热电厂的氨-肥法烟气脱硫工艺流程、主要设备配置、设计要求及运行状况。该项目自2010年4月投运以来的结果表明:装置基本达到了设计能力,节能、环保效果很好,脱硫效率≥95%。该装置的成功投运,为今后锅炉烟气脱硫采用国内先进技术提供了参考依据。
A presentation is given of the design and operation of the fume desulfurization project for a 2 ×220 t/h boiler and also of the process flow, arrangement of main pieces of equipment, design requirement and operation of fume desulfurization for a heat and power plant by the ammonia-fertilizer process. The project has been in operation since April 2010, and the results show that the plant basically attains the designed capacity, with good energy-saving and environmental protection effect, the desulfurization efficiency being ≥95%. The successful operation of the plant provides a reference basis for the adoption of advanced domestic technology in the desulfurization of boiler fume in future.
