摘要
对大型煤化工酸性气体脱除采用的低温甲醇洗与NHD工艺进行了对比,概述了低温甲醇洗装置的工艺流程及特点。介绍了低温甲醇洗装置试车经验,重点阐述开车过程中出现的换热器(E6)管程水堵塞、系统导气时CO2彻底吸收、蝶阀调节精度不足和界区阀不能双向密封等问题及解决措施。
A comparison is made of low-temperature methanol wash and NHD processes for removal of acid gases in large plants for chemical processing of eoal. A description is given of the process flow and special features of the low-temperature methanol wash unit. Experience in the test run is presented, with emphasis on the problems encountered and their solutions, such as water plugging in the tube pass of heat exchanger (E6) during start-up, thorough absorption of CO2 in gas delivery to the system, insufficient accuracy in adjustment of the butterfly valve and inability of two-way sealing of valves in the battery limit.
