摘要
采用φ5.50 mm C82DA盘条为原料,经过预处理干拉、热处理电镀、湿式拉拔工艺制备φ0.71 mm大规格胶管钢丝。干拉采用5道次拉拔,总压缩率约为70%;热处理电镀Dv值为50 mm·m/min,明火炉4个区的加热温度分别为1 060,1 040,1 020,980℃,单段水浴淬火长度300 cm;电镀采用先镀铜、后镀锌、再进行感应加热热扩散工艺,镀层附着量为4.0 g/kg,镀层中铜质量分数为67.0%;电镀钢丝经轧尖引模机穿模,由55 kW水箱拉丝机拉拔。结果表明,生产的φ0.71 mm胶管钢丝破断力为1 020~1 045 N,弯曲25~39次,扭转37~51次。
