摘要 针对焊丝用ER70S-6盘条强度偏高的问题,对ER70S-6盘条生产工艺进行调整:(1)缩小C、Si、Mn化学成分的控制范围。w(C)为0.06%~0.11%,w(Si)为0.80%~0.95%,w(Mn)为1.40%~1.55%。(2)优化控冷工艺。入精轧温度≤950℃,吐丝温度≤930℃,斯太尔摩冷却线风机全部关闭,保温罩全部关闭,辊道速度不大于0.25 m/s。按新工艺生产的ER70S-6盘条的屈服强度为340~385 MPa,抗拉强度为500~560 MPa,断后伸长率为34.5%~50.5%,断面收缩率为64.0%~85.5%,可较好地满足用户的使用要求。 Aiming at the problem of strength of ER70S - 6 wire rod for welding wire on the high side, the production process of ER70S - 6 wire rod was adjusted : ( 1 ) to reduce C, Si, Mn chemical composition control scope, C, Si, Mn mass fraction scopes are 0.06% to 0. 11%, 0. 80% to 0. 95%, 1.40% to 1.55% respectively; (2) to optimize cooling control process, entering finish rolling is no more than 950 ℃, wire rod laying no more than 930℃, the blowers in Stelmor cooling line and cosy are all closed, the lowest roller way speed is no more than O. 25 meter per second. The yield strength of the ER70S -6 wire rod produced by new process is 340 to 385 MPa, tensile strength is 500 to 560 MPa, percentage e- longation after fracture is 34. 5% to 50. 5%, reduction of area is 64. 0% to 85.5%, which can satisfy the use demands of consumers well.
