摘要
介绍油田捞油作业使用的3种设备。捞油作业用钢丝绳使用环境特殊,工作条件要求苛刻。钢丝绳结构破坏是影响其实际使用性能和使用寿命的首要因素;钢丝绳排列不整齐,钢丝绳产生的"挤咬"现象,以及高速起落过程中载荷的叠加也影响钢丝绳使用寿命。采用4K×39S,4K×48S等压实股钢丝绳代替6×19S+FC普通钢丝绳后,钢丝绳使用性能良好,使用寿命有较大的提高。使用时提高捞油作业用钢丝绳使用性能和寿命的措施:实现强制排绳,避免或减少冲击载荷,选用新型钢丝绳密封装置。
To introduce three kinds of equipment for oil extraction. The wire rope for oil extraction are used in special en- vironment, the working conditions are rigorous, so the structure damage of wire rope is primary factor affecting its use performance and service life. The irregular wire rope arrangement, the crowded and nip of wire rope load superimposing in the course of high speed up and down also affect the service life of wire rope. After adopting 4K × 39S, 4K × 48S compacted strand wire rope to replace 6 × 19S + FC common wire rope, the use performance is good, the service life improvement grea- ter. The measures to improve performance and service life of wire rope for oil extraction in practice are: realize enforcing rope arrangement, avoid or decrease impacting load and selecting and using new type wire rope seal apparatus.
