摘要 目的:设计基于PWTT技术的无创逐拍动脉血压检测的硬件系统。方法:通过采集袖带压力、震荡波、柯氏音等信号,构建基于柯氏音法的单次血压测量系统;通过采集心电、心音、脉搏波、阻抗等多路生理信号,构建PWTT检测。该系统还通过线性放气、同步采集与校正等功能,进一步提高系统性能。结果:各路信号的采样率达到1000点/s,幅值分辨率为12位,时间分辨率为1 ms。单次血压测量系统的放气速率为:2~3 mmHg/s。可以实现单次血压和PWTT的同步采集与校正。结论:间歇式血压测量系统和PWTT逐拍检测系统。两个系统可同时工作,实现收缩压时刻或舒张压时刻同一心动周期内的血压和PWTT的实时校正;确保了逐拍动脉血压测量的准确性。基于该系统,我们将开展检测逐拍动脉血压的深入研究。 Objective To design the hardware system of non-invasive beat-to-beat blood pressure measuring based on PWTT. Mothods The interval blood pressure detecting system based on Korotkoff's sound and the PWTT detecting system were developed by measuring cuff pressure, ECG, heart sound, pulse wave, Korotkoff's sound, etc. In order to improve the system precision, several solutions were present, such as linear deflating system, high resolution of time and amplitude, and sampling Korotkoff's sound and physiological signals synchronously. Rosults The sample rate of physiological signals was 1000 samples per one second; amplitude resolution was 12 bit; and the time resolution was lms. The rate of linear deflating system was 2-3 mmHg/s. The acquisition and calibration of single-shotblood pressure and PWTT could be achieved simultaneously. Conclusion The interval blood pressure detecting system and the PWTT detecting system are finished and can work synchronously. The PWTT and the SBP or DBP detected by the interval blood pressure detecting system are measured in one heart period, which improves the system precision. Base on this system, further study would be developed.
