摘要
目的:为能够严格控制牙冠形态试件各层结构尺寸的准确、均匀一致,设计出精度高、使用方便的可调式牙冠形态试件厚度控制仪。方法:利用AUTO CAD软件分析构图,我们自行研制了可调式牙冠形态试件厚度控制仪,用于牙冠形试件的核基底层蜡型制作、饰面层堆瓷过程中的厚度调控。应用此仪器制作0.75、1.00、1.20 mm等3种厚度的蜡型试件,将完成的试件从咬合面垂直切开,千分尺随机测量试件咬合面与轴壁厚度。结果:蜡型厚度误差为0.01 mm,同组蜡型的咬合面及轴壁各测试点之间的数值无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:该仪器设计科学合理,结果准确可靠,试件加工重复性好,咬合面厚度与轴壁厚度均与所设计的理论厚度相符且均匀一致,能够满足口腔牙冠修复材料实验的测试要求。
Objective To design adjustable sculpting apparatus for dental crown shape specimen with high sensitivity and convenience in order to exactly control the accurateness and uniformness of each layer structure size of dental crown shape specimen. Methods With AUTO CAD software analyse, the sculpting apparatus to control the thickness for wax pattern of core crown and veneer specimen was developed. Three groups wax type specimens with the thickness of 0.75,1.00 and 1.20mm were made respectively. The wax pattern was cut vertically from the occlusal surface, the thickness of the occlusal surfaces and axial wall could be measured randomly, Results The thickness measurement error of the wax pattern was 0.01 mm, there was no significant difference between the thickness of occlusal surfaces and axial wall in the same group(P〉0.05). Conclusion Design of the sculpting apparatus is rational and scientific, the results of measurement are accurate and reliable, specimen processing is repeatable, and the practical size of occlusal surface thickness and axial wall thickness are in accord with the theory. The precision of the sculpting apparatus satisfies experiment testing requirements of dental restoration material.
