DSA Subtraction Experience of Elderly Patients with Liver Disease

目的:通过分析老年肝病患者减影失败或影像较差的图像,找出原因。方法:使用GE公司的Innova 4100数字血管造影机,Mark V ProVis 60/150高压注射器。回顾性分析40例数字减影血管造影图像。结果:优质图像占80%,良好的图像占15%,需要再次减影的占5%。结论:通过设定合适的造影剂注射速度、浓度、总量及注射压力等参数,并要求患者给予良好的配合,来获得优良的图像。

Objective To find out the reasons for the failure and poor subtraction images of the elderly patients with liver disease. Methods GE＇s Innova 4100 digital angiography machine and Mark V ProVis60/150 high pressure injector were used. The digital subtraction angiography images of 40 cases in recent months were analyzed retrospectively. Results High- quality images possessed 80%, good images accounted for 15%, and images need to be re-subtracted was 5%. Conclusion Good images can he gotten by setting a suitable contrast agent injection rate, concentration, volume, injection pressure and other parameters, along with the cooperation of the patients.
