摘要
在1.4517(钢号GX2CrNiMoCuN25-6-3-3)双相不锈钢的铸造生产实践过程中,奥氏体线解方程的预测精度远远达不到实际需要。通过对实践经验的分析,对奥氏体线解方程部分元素的影响系数及常数项进行调整,并设计实验验证方程的预测精度和适用成分范围。调整后的方程具有较宽的成分适用范围,预测值与实测值偏差在5%以内。
For the forecast precision of austenite linear equation is far from actual requirement in casting of 1.4517(name GX2CrNiMoCuN25-6-3-3)duplex stainless steel,partial parameters of austenite linear equation are redressed on account of practice experience and examination is designed to validate the precision and applicability of the equation.The redressed equation has a good effect and the absolute error is less than 5%.
