摘要
研究了由海藻培养体系中分离获得的10株细菌对扁藻生长影响。试验结果表明,菌株N1对自然带菌扁藻及除菌扁藻的生长均有明显的促进作用;经16SrDNA分析表明,菌株N1为根瘤菌属细菌。
The effects of ten bacterial strains isolated from different marine micro-algae on growth of alga Platymonas sp.were studied in this paper.The strain N1 was found originally in the Platymonas sp.culture medium and had beneficial effects on the growth of the Platymonas sp..The 16Sr DNA sequencing revealed that the strain was a bacterium in genus Rhizobium sp..
