摘要
根据太原高新技术产业开发区2000—2009年的统计数据,运用典型相关分析方法,研究科技投入和产出之间的相关性,分析科技投入对自主创新能力的影响作用。结果显示:自主创新科技投入和产出之间具有高度的相关性,增强科技投入能有效提高科技产出水平;地方财政科技拨款对自主创新投入能力的影响最大,其次是万人中科技活动人员数;总产值和国内中文期刊科技论文数,在自主创新产出中占据了很大的比重。因此,太原高新区在加强自身人力和资金投入的同时,也要注重新产品产值的提高。
According to the Statistical data of the National high-tech industrial development zone of Taiyuan from 2000 to 2009, this paper mainly studies the correlation between inputs and outputs of science and technology, and analyze the influence of science and technology inputs on inde- pendent innovation ability. The results are as follow: firstly, the inputs and outputs of science and technology have a high degree of correlation, so we can increase scientific and technological inputs to effectively improve the technological level of outputs. Secondly, local financial investment has the greatest impact on independent innovation input ability, followed by the number of scientific and technological activities in million. Thirdly, comparatively productions and the number of domestic journal of scientific papers in Chinese occupy a large proportion in independent innovation outputs. Therefore, Taiyuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone should focus on the improvement of new products' value when increasing their human and capital investment.
