摘要
首先论述了6σ项目风险指数管理概念及研究意义;其次对6σ改进项目通常面临的内部操作风险和外部环境风险在评审阶段进行了分析,在识别项目风险因子的基础上,设计了6σ改进项目风险评价指标体系,同时提出了基于层次分析法和模糊数学理论的6σ改进项目风险综合评价模型;最后给出项目风险综合评价的具体算例。
In this paper, the concept and research meanings of 6σ project risk index number management was described firstly. Then analysised the inner part operation risk and exterior environment risks that the 6σ project usually faces, and designed 6σ improvement project risk evaluation index sign system that based on identifying of the project risk factor. Additionally, a risk comprehensive evaluation model of 6σ improvement project ba- sing on AHP and fuzzy mathematics was proposed, Finally, it gave an example about risk comprehensive evaluation,
