河南农村居民财产（不动产）性收入的问题与思考

The Question and Thought about Improve Property （Real Estate） Income of Henan Rural Residents

不动产收入是居民财产性收入的重要组成部分，它的提高对增加农民收入水平、缩小城乡差距、加快中原经济区建设起到积极的作用。鉴于此，本文通过分析河南农村居民在获得财产性收入的现状及存在的问题，提出了增加农民财产性（不动产）收入的对策建议。

The real estate income is a constituent part of residents＇ property income. It＇s improving will play an active role in increasing farmers＇ income , reducing the gap between city and countryside , fastening economic construction of zhongyuan. So, the article puts forward the counter- measure suggestions about increasing farmers＇ property （real estate）income through analyzing the current problems in the course of getting property income.
