摘要
美国、英国、香港等地在慈善能力、慈善体制、慈善文化以及慈善人员队伍的培育方面的经验值得借鉴。全面提高我国慈善资源的培育,政府需大力进行慈善宣传、制定完备的慈善体制、充分发挥社会公众的捐赠力量。
The United States,the United Kingdom,Hong Kong and other places have much experiences in the charity capacity,charity system,charity culture and charity personnel team training which is worth learning.Comprehensively improve the cultivation of Chinese charitable resources,the government needs to aggressively carry out charitable advocacy,make complete charitable system and give full strength of donations from the public.
