初中教师共情能力调查及对策探析 被引量:1

摘要 本研究采用台湾学者吴静吉等根据Davis人际反应指数(IRI)量表修订而成的人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)对江山二中教师的共情能力状况进行调查。结果表明:初中教师共情能力总体上居中等偏上;初中女教师的幻想力水平、身心忧急水平及共情能力总体水平均非常显著地高于男教师,初中女教师的同情关怀水平显著高于男教师;班主任与非班主任、不同年级段的教师其观点取替水平、幻想力、同情关怀、身心忧急及共情能力总体水平均无显著差异;不同教龄段的教师在观点取替、幻想力、身心忧急及共情总体水平上均无显著差异,同情关怀水平随教龄增长而提高。对策与建议:师训部门要加强教师共情技术培训,加强新教师职前职后的共情能力培养;学校、家庭要重视中小学生共情能力的培养。
