摘要
对船用环氧树脂垫片的浇注成型特点及垫片的弹性模量、位移阻抗(动刚度)等进行试验和理论研究。在环氧垫片成型过程中,应严格按照环氧浇注工艺进行操作,避免产生气泡等缺陷。浇注成型后,应对样品试件进行相关的力学性能测试,以得到其准确的弹性模量等参数。3种环氧树脂垫片的位移阻抗值较接近,比钢制垫片的小,有利于提高减振性能。研究结果可为环氧树脂垫片的工程应用及减振分析提供参考。
The pouring moulding characteristics for elastic modulus and displacement impedance(dynamic stiffness) of epoxy resin gasket were tested and analyzed.In order to avoid the generation of bubble,the pouring operation should strictly follow the pouring technology in the molding process.After the pouring,the relative mechanical properties of the sample should be tested to obtain the accurate parameters.The displacement impedance values of the three types of epoxy resin gaskets are approximately equal,and are smaller than that of steel gasket.The smaller value is beneficial to improving the vibration reducing performance.
