组成型表达CsCOR1基因烟草的制备

Preparation of Tobacco Transformants with Overexpression CsCOR1 Gene

摘要 将已克隆的一个被冷显著上调的基因CsCOR1整合到穿梭载体pBI121的CaMV35S启动子的下游,然后采用农杆菌介导法转化进烟草细胞,从而制得了转CsCOR1基因烟草植株,并筛选到组成型表达CsCOR1基因的烟草转化子,为进一步研究该基因的功能奠定了基础. CsCOR1,a gene upregulated remarkably by cold,was inserted CaMV35S promoter behind of pBI121 vector,producing a pBI121-CsCOR1.Then,the vector was introduced Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain EHA105 using freeze-thaw transformation.Transgenic-tobaccos were generated by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation using the leaf disc system,and two plants overexpressing CsCOR1 gene were screened.The harvests lay the foundation of CsCOR1 function research.
