摘要 根据主成分分析法和专家经验法选取24个指标,从系统压力、系统状态、系统响应3个方面构建区域生态安全评价指标体系,运用熵模糊物元分析法分别从纵向和横向对河南省的生态安全进行评价.结果表明:从纵向看2004—2008年河南省生态安全综合指数由2004年的0.501,提高到2008年的0.573,逐渐向较安全状况好转,但增加幅度不大,这说明河南省整体的生态安全态势还比较严峻,还存在着森林覆盖率不高、环保投入比重不大、城市生活污水处理率低等问题;从横向来看,2008年河南省18个地市的生态安全指数在0.452~0.587之间,均处于临界安全,这说明河南省各地市不同程度地存在影响区域生态安全的限制因子. According to the principal component analysis and expert experience method to select 24 index, a regional eco-security assessment index system including system pressure, system state, and system response was established. The eco-security situation were evaluated from the longitudinal and transverse in henan province through the analysis of fuzzy matter element based on the entropy theory. The results obtained showed that: from the vertical perspective, the comprehensive index of eco-security in Henan province is 0.501 in 2004 and it raise to 0.573 in 2008, obviously the overall situation is getting better with a not fast growth rate, it shows that the overall eco-security situation in Henan is relatively severe, there are the forest coverage rate is not high, the environmental protection investment proportion is not big, sewage processing rate was low; from the lateral view, the eco-security index of all districts and cities of Henan province range from 0.452 to 0.587 in 2008, all are in critical security, this shows that the existence of the different degree of influence regional eco-security limit factor of all districts and cities in Henan province.
