American Community College is the popularization of higher education the important carrier for the United States,the economic and social development made important contribution.In the analysis of American community college education concept,operation mechanism,development intrinsic motivation and foundation,elaborated its successful development experience,put forward to increase the government macroscopical guidance and construction of higher vocational education,advance the reform of the system of higher education,improving the system of lifelong education,reform of higher vocational colleges internal management mechanism and operating mechanisms of teaching and so on,promote China＇s sustainable development of Higher Vocational colleges.
