某电厂循环水事故停泵关阀瞬变流的仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对某火力发电厂循环水供水系统的特点,应用一维流体分析软件Flowmaster 7对电厂循环水系统进行仿真建模,介绍了电厂主要的循环水构筑物的模型简化及建立依据。对各种事故停泵工况下不同关阀规律对应的瞬变流过程进行了仿真研究,得出了该工况较理想的关阀操作规律。结果表明,关阀瞬变流最大升压出现在2泵同时事故停泵时的工况,且合理的关阀对升压减小、保证凝汽器流量及压力变化合理有着重要的作用。 According to the characteristics of circulation water supply system in power plant, the model simplification and basis of establishment for main structures of water circulation system in the power plant were introduced by adopting one-dimensional fluid analysis software Flowmaster 7 which could simulate water circulation system of power plant. The transient flow course of different valve closing regularity was simulated under working condition of pump termination, the satisfactory valve closing operation regularity was obtained. The results showed that the maximum pressure rise of transient flow occurred under working condition of two-pump termination at the same time, and it had significant function of reduction of pressure rise, condenser flow ensurance and reasonable pressure variation.
