可曲挠橡胶接头对二供泵房管路系统隔振降噪效果分析

摘要 介绍了二次供水系统中水泵运转产生振动的危害、振动的传播途径、可曲挠橡胶接头的结构特点及减振降噪原理,并将可曲挠橡胶接头应用于二次供水泵房管路系统,分析了其减振、降噪的实际效果,探讨了可曲挠橡胶接头的安装要求及发展趋势。 The harmfulness of vibration from the operation of pumps in secondary water supply system, route of transmission of vibration, structure features of flexible rubber joints and principles of vibration isolation and noise reduction were introduced here. The flexible rubber joints were applied in pipeline system of secondary water supply pump stations. The actual effects for vibration isolation and noise reduction were analysed, meanwhile installation requirements and development tendency of flexible rubber joints were discussed.
