摘要
针对普通水泥砂浆内衬碱性物质析出的问题,选择强渗透环氧漆、环氧陶瓷涂料和水性环氧涂料作为封面层材料,对水泥砂浆内衬进行了喷涂工艺试验、封面层附着力检测、液压循环试验及密封性能试验,以期确定球墨铸铁管水泥砂浆内衬封面涂层的最佳工艺及涂料体系。
Aiming at the issues of alkali substance precipitation in cement mortar lining, spraying process test, adhesion detection of surface layer, hydraulic circulating test and sealing performance test were conducted choosing strong permeable epoxy paint, epoxy ceramic coatings and waterborne epoxy coatings as surface layers, so that optimum process and coating system of the surface layer of ductile iron pipe cement-mortar lining could be determined.
