欣赏式组织颠覆了传统的组织模式,是组织发展和变革的新范式和新趋势,是一种不断的实践、欣赏、学习和肯定的组织。欣赏式组织的目的是发现、肯定和建立组织成员所体验到的和表达出来的力量、优势的积极美好的方面,有意识地探询和选择最有价值、最有派生力的积极的信息和经验,以求组织更好发展。欣赏式组织需要我们不断地去探索、改变、发展和重新认识自我以及我们的组织。
Appreciation organization is a new trend of organizational innovation because it changes traditional organization models. Appreciation organization is a kind of organization with ceaseless practice, appreciation, learning and self confidence. Appreciation organization is to selectively find and certainly establish experiences, forces and vitality of members in their works. Appreciation organization needs us constantly to quest, change and rediscover ourselves and our organization.
