转型期中国的谣言传播现状及政府管理对策研究

在处于转型期的中国社会,谣言传播时有发生。它作为现代社会的一大顽疾,成为摆在公众和政府面前的难题。转型期的社会矛盾与失范、社会心理的失衡与断层,是谣言滋生和传播的土壤。鉴于谣言传播的长期性和复杂性,政府管理部门应采取多种手段,包括建立和完善辟谣应急机制、建立和完善民间信仰引导机制、不断完善对谣言传播行为的依法查实和惩处机制等,将谣言传播对公众心理和整个社会系统的危害程度降到最低。

In transitional China, rumor communication is a common phenomenon in everyday life. As one of the thorny problems in society, rumor communication is the difficulty which the public and government face up with. The social conflict and disorder, as well as the unbalance of people＇s mind, are the fundamental soil of the rumor creation and communication. Considering the long-term control and complexity of rumor, various measures, including establishing emergency management mechanism and folk belief guidance mechanism, improving the work to verify behavior of circulating rumors and the punishment mechanism, should be taken by the government to prevent and control rumor communication.
