摘要
在分析调车工况冲击过程的基础上,建立了详细的货车及车钩缓冲器参数化仿真模型;研究了货车缓冲器初压力、最大行程和最大阻抗力等参数对调车过程的影响;比较了刚性与柔性缓冲器对调车冲击的影响。研究结果表明:调车冲击时车钩力最大值随缓冲器预压力与最大行程的增大而减小,货车缓冲器最大行程取80~83mm为最佳;额定阻抗力的提高会增大缓冲器的回复力并产生更大的车钩力;性能优异的货车缓冲器必须具有刚性与柔性双重特性。
Based on the analysis of heavy haul wagons shunting operation process,detailed parametric freight wagon and draft gear models were developed.The influence of initial pressure,maximum travel,maximum resistance force on impact force during wagon shunting operation was researched.Comparison of shunting impact influenced by rigid and flexible draft gear was completed.The analysis results show that the maximum coupler force in shunting operation is decreased when the initial force or maximum travels increased,and the appropriate maximum travel of freight wagons draft gears should be 80 83mm.Increase of rated resistance force will result in larger restoring force and coupler force.The draft gears for freight wagons with good performance should be provided with rigid and flexible dual characteristic.
